I had two plumbing emergencies occur on the same day, a toilet leak and a kitchen sink drain leak. I stupidly had Mr. Rooter come out and diagnose quote me a price; big mistake. Mr. Rooter wanted $1350 to replace a toilet cast iron closet flange and replace a kitchen drain pipe. In a panic I had them do the kitchen which cost me $475. I called Roulos to have them look at the toilet and to my surprise and relief, they could replace the cast iron closet flange and reset the toilet for $195, not the $850 that Mr. Rooter wanted to charge. The lesson here is trying to stay with the Mom and Pop joints and avoid those conglomerates with big ad budgets. Bravo and thanks to Roulos for doing excellent work.
